The Imperial is a well established and busy conference venue.
Our experienced specialist staff are here to ensure that your event
is smoothly organised and successful.

We have well-designed and air-conditioned Conference Suites,
providing every modern facility. Flex-back chairs, designed for comfort
during extended periods of sitting, are provided as standard.

Overhead projectors, TV and video facilities, LCD projector, wireless
internet access, conference pads, paper, name cards, pencils, flipchart
and marker pens, extension leads, cordials and sweets are all provided.

Full secretarial assistance is available.

 
   
 



 The Palmeira Room is our largest conference room, with natural daylight
and fully air-conditioned. The floor area is 800 square feet (75 square metres),
accommodating up to 100 delegates. The Palmeira has an ante room capable of
accommodating a further 20 delegates.

The Stafford Rutland Room also features natural daylight. The floor area is 618 square feet (57.5 square metres) floor area,
for up to 50 delegates.

The Yorke Room is 646 square feet (60 square metres), accommodating

The Brunswick Room is 235 square feet (25 square metres) floor area,
up to 20 delegates.

The Adelaide Room is 230 square feet (22 square metres) floor area,

Available for a minimum of 10 delegates, and includes the following:

•  Hire of conference room  •
•  Audio-visual equipment  •
•  Morning coffee and biscuits  •
•  Hot or cold 2 course buffet luncheon  •
•  Afternoon tea with biscuits or cake  •

Cost: from 30.00 to 35.00 per delegate

 
 

24-Hour Residential Delegate Rate

Available for a minimum of 10 delegates, and includes the following:

•  Hire of conference room  •
•  Audio-visual equipment  •
•  Morning coffee and biscuits  •
•  Hot or cold 2 course buffet luncheon  •
•  Afternoon tea with biscuits or cake  •
•  3 course dinner with coffee  •
•  Single room en-suite  •
•  Full English breakfast  •

Cost: from 100.00 to 125.00 per delegate


We cater for vegetarian and other dietary requirements
