A reservation by telephone can be confirmed immediately,
otherwise we will contact you as soon as possible,
normally within the hour if we receive your request between
09:00 and 16:00, UK time.

For room reservations by fax or e-mail, let us know how many rooms
you require, the type of room (single, twin, double, family), the
date and duration of your booking, and your telephone number.

Please note that we will require credit card details upon
confirmation of your reservation, and that a fee may be
charged for late cancellations.
